The Friends of Education of the Museum of Modern Art present Conversations: Among Friends, Featuring Ralph Lemon, Fred Moten, and Special Guests

Presented by the Friends as part of the series Conversations: Among Friends, this evening’s program is introduced by Kathy Halbreich, Associate Director, MoMA, and begins with an introduction to Ralph Lemon’s work-in-progress Scaffold Room, a performance-lecture-musical featuring Lemon, Okwui Okpokwasili, and guests. The program features a conversation between Lemon and author and poet Fred Moten, focusing on Lemon’s work and its relationship to music, art, and dance. Following the program, guests are invited to continue the conversation and meet the participants at an intimate reception catered by Fantasy Fare in the Cullman Mezzanine.
