Join Becker and Scott as they share beloved recipes and how they’ve retested and updated classic recipes to gear them to modern tastes while including a large selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free recipes; “streamlined cooking” devoted to saving time, effort, money and clean-up in the kitchen; and new nutrition and food safety guidelines and illustrations. Food & Wine’s Kat Kinsman moderates.
