Book lovers unite! It’s Valentine’s Day, library-style, at the city’s most cerebral happy hour.

This Valentine’s Day, Library After Hours is bringing the love for books and reading. Bring a date, bring your reading buddy, or come solo and search for the book lover of your dreams. Listen to readings in Spanish and English of Pablo Neruda’s love poems. Check out a one-night-only special-collections display of our most amorous items. Let a librarian find your perfect new book, strut your brainy stuff in literary trivia, leave a love note to a beloved book, and much more. We’re celebrating our 125th anniversary in 2020, and we want you to kick the party off with us in the most bookish way we know how.
