The Pandemic Election 2020

Marymount Manhattan College and the Center for Learning and Living present The Pandemic Election of 2020, featuring Susan Kang, Associate Professor of Political Science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and Tatiana Serafin, award-winning journalist and journalism professor at Marymount Manhattan College.

Susan Kang will address her work in progressive politics and voter protection since 2016, a time of resurgence in grassroots activism in electoral politics in New York City and New York states politics. Tatiana Serafin will address the role of social media platforms in this year’s highly contentious national, state, and local elections.
