Fashion historian Carmela Spinelli joins The National Arts Club for an exploration of fashion’s favorite color.

Spinelli is an international fashion and decorative arts historian with over 20 years of experience in both education and industry. Her current role is representing Savannah College of Art and Design globally for special projects and programs.
