The Wannsee Conference: Understanding the Origins of the “Final Solution”

For this virtual program on Zoom,  the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County (HMTC) is partnering with the Memorial and Educational Site at the House of the Wannsee Conference in Berlin to provide a presentation on the 90-minute meeting that took place in Wannsee on January 20, 1942, which launched the involvement of the entire German State administration in the planning for the murder of the Jews of Europe. The presentation will be given by Dr. Matthias Hass, who is a scientific advisor at the House of the Wannsee Conference and oversees their education programs.
