Ready for an object lesson in object lessons?
Join Radiolab host Latif Nasser for a game that reveals the extraordinary true stories behind objects in the Museum’s collections. Whether you’re a studious scholar or a citizen scientist, they’ll be sure to perplex and amaze. Come curious, have a laugh, leave with wonder—and maybe even a prize.
After the gameshow, head to the Gilder Center dressed as your favorite climate solution to keep the energy going with a Climate Solutions Dance Party hosted by Ayana Elizabeth Johnson, marine biologist and co-founder of Urban Ocean Lab. With tracks by DJ Mamoudou, this party will feature climate-inspired tunes to get you moving. Between sets, stop by the bar and chat with local organizations about ways to take climate action.
This event is your opportunity to explore Museum collections with scientists, shake off climate anxiety, build community, and discover how you can protect our planet from your own backyard.
