For the past 16 years he has represented asylum seekers from Asia, Africa, Europe and South/Central American who have suffered persecution for their political views, their religion, or for their membership in the LGBTQ community. He serves as pro bono counsel for the New York Legal Assistance Group, Immigration Equality, and Human Rights First.
