Commemorate the legendary hip-hop group A Tribe Called Quest’s forthcoming music project, We Got It From Here, Thank You For Your Service. We’re partnering with Epic/Sony and Grand Piano Embassy to present the ultimate final album release celebration and invite you to join us for a conceptually driven event where music meets short film, conversation, and a dance party. Q-Tip joins Omar Dubois for a conversation and listening session with visuals by artist Rashaad Newsome, whose work is in our collection. Special guests to be announced. The after party includes sets by Questlove, Prince Paul, and Sammy B from the Jungle Brothers.
7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.) – Conversation and listening session
8:30 p.m. – After party
Tickets are $95 for the conversation and after party; $50 for the after party only. All tickets include an open bar, while supplies last.
