Understanding and Managing Anxiety and Depression
Why does there seem to be a preponderance of anxiety and depression? What’s the use in worrying about future catastrophes that only will exist in our minds? And, what could be the function of feeling down, losing motivation, and a hopeless view of the future?
In this talk, clinical psychologist Dr. Lawrence Ian Reed will address these and other questions. We will then discuss how to successfully manage anxiety and depression by restructuring thoughts.
