Voices of a People's History of the United States 10th Anniversary

The New School for Public Engagement and Seven Stories Press present a special evening of music and readings to celebrate the tenth-anniversary edition of Voices of a People’s History of the United States and launch the updated third edition of this acclaimed book by Howard Zinn (1922-2010) and Anthony Arnove.

This special tenth anniversary event will include Voices editor Anthony Arnove, singer-songwriter Allison Moorer, musician Deva Mahal, actor and playwright Wallace Shawn, actors Erin Cherry, Brian Jones, Elizabeth A. Davis, Christine Kirk, Kelly MacDonald, Viggo Mortensen, Adepero Oduye, Jessica Pimentel, Susan Pourfar, Peter Sarsgaard, poets Staceyann Chin, Kevin Coval, and Malcolm London, and Howard Zinn's son Jeff Zinn. Music by DJ Charlie Hustle.
