The speakers are musicians, singers, and educatorsWith musical examples from classical, to jazz, to rock ‘n’ roll, they will present: 1) What makes for the beauty of music, and 2) The fact that music shows how we can honestly know and like ourselves.  The basis is this landmark principle stated by Eli Siegel, American poet and critic, and founder of Aesthetic Realism:

“All beauty is a making one of opposites, and the making one of opposites is what we are going after in ourselves.”
