WWII in the Pacific | A Special Role: St. Paul’s Church and World War II

Join us for a series of live presentations, through digital sharing platforms, exploring an interesting array of topics in the history of St. Paul’s Church National Historic Site and our country. Presented by accomplished authors and scholars, these digital presentations, with questions and discussion at the conclusion of each, generally run about an hour. The programs will be available through Google Meet or Zoom, and you should be prepared to join us through either of those two platforms. To be part of this learning experience, please respond by e mail to [email protected] with your name and email address, specifying for which of programs you are registering. Prior to the event, we would communicate through email with the appropriate link.

Professor Gregory Urwin of Temple University, a prolific author in the area of American military history, explores topics in the history of World War II in the Pacific, helping to illuminate some of the themes in the current feature exhibit at St. Paul’s, “A Special Role: St. Paul’s Church and World War II”.
