Ethical Culture’s Upper West Side landmark building has celebrated its centennial, although the institution housed there is as vital as ever, with a mission to “to encourage respect for humanity and nature and to create a better world.” Community outreach programs take place during lunches, after work, and especially at Sunday Morning Meeting, a weekly gathering at the fourth floor Ceremonial Hall.
