2020 Emerging Choreographer Series

MNE (Mare Nostrum Elements), in collaboration with LaGuardia Peforming Arts Center, will showcase their 7th annual Emerging Choreographer Series, an event that celebrates new dances.   The 10 choreographers for 2020 were selected from 90 applicants, and each receives a stipend, free rehearsal space, 2 public performances, and mentoring in the business aspects of producing dance (fundraising, grant writing, costuming, etc.).  Mare Nostrum Elements is led by co-founder/directors Nicola Iervasi and Kevin Albert.
