The Bronx Opera 2024 season will open with a program of two hilarious one-act operas: Il Signor Bruschino by Rossini, and Gianni Schicchi by Puccini, both performed in English.  The Company pairs these two Italian farces which punish the greedy and reward the clever, and feature some of opera’s most famous and beloved melodies.  Director is Ben Spierman; conductors are Michael Spierman for Signor and Eric Kramer for Gianni Schicchi.
