On July 11, 1804, Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr, two of the most prominent and promising Americans, met at Weehawken, New Jersey, for a duel that was the culmination of a long and bitter rivalry. On the eve of the 212th anniversary, join us for a reenactment of the most famous duel in U.S. history. Watch as actors read the escalating letters the two men fired off to each other in the weeks leading up to their fateful meeting, followed by a recreation of one of the most notorious events in United States history.
