International Trans Day of Visibility with Black Trans Femmes in the Arts

On International Trans Day of Visibility, Black Trans Femmes in the Arts (BTFA) is taking over New York City to put trans visibility into action. Throughout the day, the collective, composed of more than one hundred Black trans femme artists from five countries, will present pop-up events at landmarks and cultural institutions to highlight Black trans femmes’ contributions to the city’s arts and culture. As part of this citywide initiative, join us to enjoy music and poetry performed by BTFA members.
