Samuji TALKS: Claus Meyer

Claus Meyer is the co-founder of the late restaurant Noma, often considered the best restaurant in the world. Meyer is also the father of the New Nordic Cuisine movement; he  has just opened a Nordic food hall and the restaurant Agern at Grand Central Terminal. He also has a culinary school and a restaurant to serve the low-income Brownsville community, just to name a few of his inspiring projects in NYC. In this talk, he’ll share his ideologies behind what is seen on the plate and his thoughts about the roles food can have in society.

Samuji TALKS, a conversation series about creativity, society, sustainability, aesthetics, art, and kindness. Hosted by journalist Pauliina Siniauer.
