Taste of Korea: Korean Cooking Demonstration & Home-Cooked Dinner

Class on Korean Food  

KSCPP, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness on Korean culture and history, will be hosting a class on Korean food.

The class will focus on the fermentation of Korean cuisine.  The instructor will demonstrate how to prepare traditional dishes using such as Kimchi.

Participants will receive recipes to take home and free books on Korean history and culture.

After the instruction, home-cooked Korean cuisine with traditional table setting in bronze ware will be served, and there will be a screening of short film on Korean culture.
