Virtual Hearst Fellows Symposium

Join this year’s Hearst Fellows, chosen for superior scholarship, as they share original research and programming about New York City in the early 19th Century. Kimberly Earlywine, Salve Regina University, will present the program she developed on historic preservation for use with the Museum’s summer High School Internship. Maya Colman, Oberlin College, will discuss her research on the African-American experience in NYC after the abolition of slavery and her accompanying Museum tour. Funded by the William Randolph Hearst Foundation
