Poetry Festival Featuring Award-Winning Poet Rickey Laurentiis

Award-winning poet Rickey Laurentiis will read his work at Trinity Church Wall Street’s Poetry Festival on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at St. Paul’s Chapel, Broadway and Fulton Street in Lower Manhattan.

Members of the community will read original and favorite poems, followed by a reception. Admission is free.

Laurentiis is the author of Boy with Thorn, selected by well-known poet Terrance Hayes for the 2014 Cave Canem Poetry Prize. His other honors include a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts and an award from the Ruth Lilly Fellowship. He currently teaches at Columbia University.
