Yoga & Poetry with D. Nurkse

This event will take place at St. Francis College gymnasium, 180 Remsen Street, Brooklyn.

Imagine starting your yoga class with the wise words of your instructor, who calls out a pose or two, and the pose is followed by a poem read live by its author. This month’s poet will be D. Nurkse, the author of numerous collections of poetry, including Love in the Last Days: After Tristan and Iseult (2017).

Please bring your own yoga mat.  Doors open at 9:00 am.  Class starts at 9:30 am sharp.
