A Great Week For Women: A Night of Humorous Readings

Once a month, our all-female group of comedy writers gets together along with a few esteemed guests from the NYC comedy community to read some of our favorite pieces. In an age when it seems puppets have more space in comedy than human women, we feel it is extremely important to showcase female voices and also, to tell jokes!

This month, we’re hosting Jen Spyra (The Late Show), Karen Chee (New Yorker), and Orli Matlow (Someecards). The readings will be from publications like McSweeney’s, The New Yorker, as well as a variety of newer publications!
