Three interlinked, cross-generational stories about the lives of a newly wealthy property developer, a young woman torn between the path of reason and sentiment and an ambitious neurologist impeded by wartime wrongdoings that plunges the audience into the human soul of contemporary Algeria.
Programmed in conjunction with Waiting for Omar Gatlato: Contemporary Art from Algeria and its Diaspora at the Wallach Art Gallery, Columbia University. The screening will be held in the Katharina Otto-Bernstein Screening Room (Second Floor) of the Lenfest Center for the Arts.
