Everyday life presents myriad challenges, from running late or losing a job to making an embarrassing social faux pas. Self-compassion is one of the most important skills we can bring to ALL of life’s challenges.
In this workshop, you will learn simple yet powerful self-compassion meditation practices that you can practice while walking, taking the subway, at work, or in a relationship, and that will invite more peace and happiness.
Through sharing stories, guided practices, and lively discussion, you’ll learn to respond to your own imperfections like a loving, supportive friend, instead of a harsh critic. No meditation experience required.
