Following our Sunday Platform on January 5, join us for a special afternoon discussion with Ethical Culture Social Service Board member, Housing Works Chief Psychiatric Officer, and native of Haiti Dr. Pierre Arty.
Dr. Arty will discuss demagoguery against Haitian immigrants and its effect on communities in Ohio, New York City, and elsewhere, along with his conversations with those living and working in Haiti. Dr. Arty travelled to Haiti in August to provide psychiatric support to Housing Works employees there and will be returning in November.
