A Supper that Sustains Us, is the second dinner in a sustainable dinner series, at The Osprey at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. The Osprey, Coney Island Brewery, and Dock to Dish have partnered up for an evening to honor the environment, our farmers and local fishermen.

Join us on Thursday, November 21 from 6:30 PM — 9:30 PM to enjoy a six-course sustainable dinner by The Osprey’s Chef de Cuisine, Denevin Miranda, with beer pairing by Coney Island Brewery.
A representative from Dock to Dish will be in attendance to speak about the new partnership and how they’re connecting people to local fisheries in Long Island to get fresh, sustainably sourced seafood. Through the use of a QR code on the menu, guests will be able to see exactly where the fish was sourced from. Additionally, Coney Island Brewery’s head brewer, Matt McCall, is working with Chef Denevin to pair each dish to the perfect beer.
