bobby blue the balladeer is a 4 octave countertenor singer from Brooklyn, NY with an eclectic 5 piece acoustic band that plays “Songs & Sounds of The Old West” in English and Spanish. Inspired by his Costa Rican and American heritages and by old Western & Mexican Cowboy movies of the 1940s & 50s. Fans dance and sing along, they describes them as “really fun, but also really elegant and beautiful”, and shower them with roaring applause. The band is all acoustic and includes a singer, acoustic guitar, fiddle, upright bass, accordion, and hand drums.
