Charles and Caroline Todd are a mother-and-son writing team.  They won multiple awards, including the 2017 Mary Higgins Clark Award for The Shattered Tree and are often on the New York Times Best Selling list. A Test of Wills was a New York Times Notable Book of the Year and selected by the Independent Book Sellers Association as one of their favorite mysteries of the 20th century.
