In 1893, the Parliament of the World’s Religions was created to cultivate interreligious harmony and foster direct engagement among religious leaders to achieve a just, peaceful, and sustainable world.  Ethical Culture participated then, and, at the 2015 Parliament, we joined 10,000 people from 80 nations and 50 faiths gathered in Salt Lake City. Leader Anne Klaeysen and NYSEC member Emily Newman will share images, stories and music from their experiences there and explore ways that NYSEC can support the Parliament’s vision to “reclaim the heart of our humanity.”
