Ethics and the Theater—”Love Letters”

dramaEthics and the Theater will present a play reading of Love Letters, by A.R. Gurney.

Gurney deftly deploys the all-but-lost art of letter-writing to follow the relationship between Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and Melissa Gardner as they move from childhood confidences through adolescent posturing to mature revelations of passion and regret.?
Our cast features Patricia Bruder Debrovner and John Gurney.

Come at 6:30 for a reception and after the reading participate in a discussion of the ethical issues of the play, led by Betsy Ungar.

Entry to our 100-year-old building and meeting rooms is available for most wheelchair users with prior arrangements. Please call ahead (212-874-5210 x107) for setup of our portable system and plan to arrive one hour before start time.
