The Jane Austen Society of North America (JASNA) New York Metropolitan Region presents Everybody’s Jane Austen: A Conference for Readers, Scholars, and Fans at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Join us for a day of entertainment, learning, and good conversation in celebration of Jane Austen’s legacy. This event is open to all (you do not have to be a member of JASNA in order to attend) and we look forward to connecting with fellow Janeites and book-lovers from our community.

Jane Austen in the Present Day: Renata Dennis and Tia A. Smith in Conversation with Janet Saidi
Janet Saidi of The Austen Connection podcast interviews Renata Dennis, JASNA board member, and Tia A. Smith, executive producer of the 2024 Hallmark film adaptation of Sense and Sensibility about Jane Austen’s role in contemporary culture

The Complete Works of Jane Austen, Abridged performed by Tiny Dynamite
The Philadelphia-based theatre company Tiny Dynamite presents its critically acclaimed 80-minute comedy, written by Jessica Bedford, Kathryn MacMillan, Charlotte Northeast, and Meghan Winch, and starring Brittany OnukwughaCharlotte Northeast, and Shannon Michael Wamser

JASNA is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to the study and appreciation of Jane Austen’s works, her life, and her genius.
