Fraternity by Diane Brady with Stan Grayson, Ted Wells and Eddie Jenkins

In 1968, a visionary priest recruited 20 black men to the College of Holy Cross and changed their lives and the course of history. In Fraternity, author and Businessweek editor Diane Brady follows five of the 20 men in an inspiring testament to the power of education and mentorship. Among those recruited that year were Clarence Thomas, the future Supreme Court justice; Edward P. Jones, who would go on to win the Pulitzer Prize for literature; and Theodore Wells, who would become one of the nation’s most successful defense attorneys. Wells will join Brady for the program, along with Stanley Grayson, former Deputy Mayor of New York and current COO of M.R. Beal,  and Eddie Jenkins, Jr., former NFL standout and current Chief Diversity and Civil Rights Officer for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
