Harlem for the Holidays

The Harlem Aesthetic is the collective venture of artists Laura R. Gadson and Shimoda Donna Emanuel focused on promoting and preserving artists and artisans of the African Diaspora within the cultural landscape of Harlem and beyond.
Through hosting our boutique salons several times per year we lend our hand in driving a vehicle that connects the creators with collectors and consumers.
In this way we help strengthen the community and help preserve the living legacy of the Harlem Renaissance and the Black Arts Movement.
