Tune into the wisdom of your soul. Nurture your life forces by moving your body, soul and spirit in hygienic copper rod exercises, soothing vowels and cleansing consonant L, and to the sounds of enlivening music.

Pre-registration encouraged. Limited to 20 participants.

$20 suggested fee per session.

Experience the fascinating unity of people moving together in a eurythmy circle. We’ll move to live piano tunes, learn gestures for vowels, and for the sounds of consonants, given to humanity from the constellation of stars that Sun is moving through. And we’ll close with a simple, yet potent exercise that you can practice yourself at home.

Open to all who can walk. No prior movement experience is needed.

Marta Stemberger is a eurythmist, harmonious movement teacher, mindful translator, spiritual researcher. She was trained at Eurythmy Spring Valley, Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, and Martha Graham Dance Center; holds BA in Liberal Arts and MA in Liberal Studies, both from New School U.
