Mindful Answer to Anxiety

A mindfulness workshop for people who deal with anxiety — a.k.a. everyone. We’ll start by trying a simple, effective meditation technique. We’ll then explore strategies for using mindfulness and meditation to work more skillfully with anxiety so that it’s less of a problem in our lives. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, individual sharing, and group support.
