Join Jeffrey Banks and Doria de La Chapelle, co-authors of Norell: Master of American Fashion, for a sparkling introduction to Norman Norell — the first American designer to employ couture techniques, refined workmanship, and luxurious fabrics — whose dresses, coats,and suits were deemed by critics to be “the equal of Paris.” Banks and de La Chapelle will be joined by Norell’s former business partner, Max Bernegger.

A book signing will follow the presentation.
