Soaking WET Dance Series
The Soaking WET dance series, curated by Jeff Kazin and David Parker, opens the 2017-18 season with two different programs, two performances daily:
Program A: dancer/commediene Deborah Lohse in “Star Crossed: Dances for Lovers.” In her one-woman show, Lohse, as her alter-ego TruDee, gets her dream role of Juliet, but when her Romeo fails to show up, she must find a way to keep the show going (Thurs/Fri/Sat. at 7 PM)
Program B: Beyond the Bang Group: performances by dancer/choreographers who are past or current members of The Bang Group: Chelsea Ainsworth, Louise Benkelman/tommy Seibold, Benjamin Freedman, Jason Collins, Sara Hook, and Alison Manning. Each Program B performance will open with a brief “amuse-bouche” delivered by David Parker (Thurs/Fri/Sat at 8:30 PM & Sunday at 2 PM)
