Michel Lee will lead us in a discussion to evaluate nuclear power with a focus on its interaction with the changing conditions of a warming world. Along with engineering, her evaluation touches on the scientific disciplines of biology, chemistry, climatology, disaster science, limnology, medicine, oceanography, physics and psychology – for starters.
Michel Lee is a senior policy analyst at Promoting Health and Sustainable Energy, and has broad substantive knowledge of nuclear power as it relates to public health and safety, environmental and security issues – and has appeared before the US Dept. of Homeland Security, among other committees and commissions in the US and the Soviet Union.
