“Taste of Dance Parade Showcase”

The 18th Annual “Taste of Dance Parade Showcase” will take place Sunday March 10, performance from 7:30 to 9 PM, with 9-10PM drinks in Dixon Place’s cozy lounge with the performers.  The Grand Marshals will be on hand: famed tapper Brenda Bufalino; Mexican folklorist Martha Zarate-Alvarez; and Norman Siegel, attorney and longtime supporter of Dance Parade. A sampling of the rich variety of dance styles will also be seen: roller dance by Cecile Klaus; Mexican folkloric by Mazarte; contemporary by Alison Cook Beatty Dance; Russian/Ukrainian folk dance by Kaleidoscope; and hip-hop featuring Rokafella & Kwikstep.

(The 2024 Dance Parade, with thousands of participants, will take place Saturday, May 18th).
