Join Elspeth H. Brown for a presentation of her book WORK!, an out-of-the-ordinary history of twentieth-century American culture and capitalism. Brown tells the largely unknown story of queer models and photographers, showing how queer sensibilities shaped the commercialized sexuality that’s at the center of consumer capitalism. A book signing will follow.
Please note that attending is on a first-come, first-served basis with RSVP.
