Be right in the action on the Circle Line Spectator Boat at the 24th annual Great North River Tugboat Race & Competition! Boarding begins at 10:15 a.m. at Circle Line Sightseeing Pier 83 located at W. 43rd St. & Hudson River Park in Manhattan. Boat will leave at 10:30 a.m. and we will cruise with the Parade of Tugboats up the river to the starting line at W. 70th St. and race alongside the tugs back to Pier 84 @ W. 44th St. There you can watch the tugboats in the nose-to-nose pushing and line-toss contents.
