This monthly storytelling/reading series combines some of New York’s best storytellers, humor writers, memoirists and character performers. Some of it’s true; some of it feels more than true; and most of it is funny. This special Bryant Park edition features: Kate Bolick (Spinster: Making A Life of One’s Own), David Crabb (Storyteller and frequent host of The Moth and author of Bad Kid: A Memoir) and Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live). Hosted by Andy Ross.

The Bryant Park Reading Room is located on the 42nd Street side of the park—under the trees—between the back of the NYPL on Fifth and Sixth Aves. Look for the burgundy and white umbrellas.

In case of rain, events are held under a tent at the Reading Room. In case of severe weather, please check bryantpark.org for the indoor location.
