Tishman Environment and Design Center Inaugural Earth Day Celebration

In celebration of Earth Day, The New School’s Tishman Environment and Design Center (TEDC) will facilitate a full day of programming designed to stimulate thought and facilitate action around complex environmental issues.

An evening panel discussion will examine the role of design, policy and social justice in the environmental movement (confirmed panelists include Rhea Sue, President of the Natural Resources Defense Council) and explore the role of TEDC at The New School and in the greater community.

Throughout the day, TEDC will host a series of pop up classes and a special screening of the award-winning Years Of Living Dangerously.
