An Evening with Cartoonist Roz Chast SOLD OUT

Join us for an evening with acclaimed cartoonist Roz Chast, whom New Yorker editor David Remnick calls “the magazine’s only certifiable genius.” For more than thirty years, Chast’s cartoons have explored an everyday world of neurosis, humor, anxiety, and family life in a highly distinctive visual language. In this illustrated talk, Chast will share some of the formative influences and personal stories that have shaped her prolific career – and her view of life as a native New Yorker. She’ll also discuss her 2014 best-selling graphic memoir, Can’t We Talk About Something More Pleasant?  Afterwards, Chast will sit down for a brief conversation with Roz Chast: Cartoon Memoirs exhibition curator Frances Rosenfeld.
