Join us for the New York launch of three new Filipino picture books! Sari-Sari Storybooks celebrates the quirky magic of Filipino storytelling with these gorgeously illustrated children’s book. These books are bilingual, published in the diverse languages of the Philippines and English, and promote cultural curiosity, tolerance, community, and folklore. We’ll read “Melo the Umang-Boy” (Ivatan), “Kalipay and the Tiniest Tiktik” (Cebuano), and “Amina and the City of Flowers” (Chavacano) at the launch.
