Lisa Bellamy is the author of the poetry collection, The Northway, and the chapbook Nectar. Her poems and prose have appeared in TriQuarterly, Massachusetts Review, New Ohio Review, Asimov’s Science Fiction, The Southern Review, and elsewhere. She is on the faculty of The Writers Studio in NYC.
Chen Chen is the author of When I Grow Up I Want to Be a List of Further Possibilities, which was longlisted for the 2017 National Book Award for Poetry and won the 2017 Thom Gunn Award for Gay Poetry, among other honors. Bloodaxe Books has recently published the UK edition. Chen has received fellowships from Kundiman and the National Endowment for the Arts. He teaches at Brandeis University as the Jacob Ziskind Poet-in-Residence.
Cally Fiedorek’s short fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in Narrative, The Sewanee Review and The Southampton Review. She was named a 2019 Emerging Writer Fellow by the Center for Fiction. She lives with her family in Manhattan, where she grew up, and is at work on her first novel.
Edward Hirsch, a MacArthur Fellow, has published nine books of poems, including The Living Fire: New and Selected Poems (2010) and Gabriel: A Poem (2014), as well as five books of prose, among them, How to Read a Poem and Fall in Love with Poetry (1999), a national bestseller. His new collection, Stranger by Night, will be published in 2020.
Diane Williams -The Collected Stories of Diane Williams published last year by Soho Press is now out in paperback. Williams is the author of eight other books of fiction. She is the recipient of four Pushcart prizes. Her fiction appears frequently in Harper’s Magazine, Granta, The London Review of Books, BOMB, and many other literary journals. She is the founder and editor of the literary annual NOON.

Published every year since 1976, The Pushcart Prize is the most honored literary project in America, featuring hundreds of presses and writers of short stories, poetry, and essays in its annual collections.
Founded in 1986 by Pulitzer Prize winner Philip Schultz, The Writers Studio is an independent creative writing program, offering 10-week workshops in New York City, San Francisco, Tucson, Amsterdam and the Hudson Valley. It is founded on the belief that when the desire is strong enough, anyone can learn the technique necessary for full creative expression. Since its inception in 1996, The Writers Studio Reading Series has featured numerous writers and poets, including Lydia Davis, Junot Diaz, Andre Dubus III, Jennifer Egan, Mary Gaitskill, Julia Glass, Edward Hirsch, A.M. Homes, Etgar Keret, Marie Ponsot, Robert Pinsky, Gary Shteyngart, Colson Whitehead, and Yehuda Amichai.
