The Aesthetic Realism Theatre Company presents Eli Siegel’s moving lecture “Romance & the Everyday in Eugene O’Neill’s Beyond the Horizon.” & There will be “The Beauty of Baseball Shows Us How We Want to Be!” In this talk, given this year at the annual conference at the Baseball Hall of Fame, Aesthetic Realism consultant Ernest DeFilippis says “Why does a person feel so exhilarated as the bat he’s holding solidly meets that ball?…To hit a baseball well is to meet fairly what’s not ourselves.” & there will be more!
