Utilizing the Integrated Design Process, this state-of-the art structure has collected accolades including the award for “Best Tall Building – Americas” by the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and recognition as “Canada’s Most Important Building” by the Toronto Star. The building has been lauded for integrating signature architecture with extreme energy efficiency to create a healthy and effective work environment for over two thousand employees.
